You are talking about Federal agencies/people and not State people, aren't you?

People are getting a rude awakening on just where and when the Federal government can do something.

The "Everybody knows the government has unlimited power and abilities" lie is getting exposed for the lie it is.

Our Federal government is restricted by design from doing a great number of things.
People need to go back and look at the concept of Federalism with new eyes.
You have States and you have the Federal government. EACH has their own jurisdiction.
