AGAIN...You are talking about Federal agencies/people and not State people, aren't you?

See, if you demand the Feds do something you may be asking for unconstitutional action.
If you demand the States do something you will probably be following the proper method of action as most of this is happening in areas where the Feds have no jurisdiction whatsoever.
