Because someone says something that upsets you you can attack them now. It doesn’t matter what he said that is no justification for attacking him.

I was only referring to who I thought was repeating it during the attack). (Which you can follow by reading my posts). It is explained in this thread that I misunderstood. The first video I played , I only heard one person yelling and misunderstood who it was)
Ugh this has become an exhausting thread. But, I do appreciate you being polite.
The employee only said “why are you hitting me” and it was actually the attacker who was using the slur. It’s just confusing from the video.
That said, the guy didn’t look like the typical Macy’s shopper. Generally, black or white, they don’t have their pants around their knees.
I wonder if maybe the employee saw him pocketing something.
