President Donald Trump said Friday morning the administration will soon restart the regulatory process to cancel President Barack Obamas DACA amnesty.
We will be submitting enhanced papers shortly in order to properly fulfil the Supreme Courts ruling & request of yesterday, he said via social media.
The court dodged the legal issues in the DACA case and did not help Democrats, Trump said. Nothing was lost or won. They punted, much like in a football game.

The DACA ruling this week might be a blessing in disguise. Better to burn off the bad arguments now, so that it can make way for the REAL tactics.
Lib heads a poppin’.
It isn’t the DACA thing that will be the nightmare, it was the civil rights ruling. That will be the monster that spawns a million lawsuits.
Once again the ruling elites show more concern for the people who ignore our laws than they do for those who obey them.
At the very least he’s going to expose what Roberts is really up to by making him kill it four or five times with pretzel logic.

Trump is correct and that is effectively what Justice Kavanaugh opined.
Kavanaugh, J. at page 6:
Although I disagree with the Court's decision to remand, the only practical consequence of the Court's decision to remand appears to be some delay. The Court's decision seems to allow the Department on remand to relabel and reiterate the substance of the Nielsen Memorandum, perhaps with some elaboration as suggested in the Court's opinion. Ante, at 23-26.*
The Court found unanimously that the government had the authority to kill DACA. They found the Duke Memorandum of 2017 was fatally procedurally flawed for failure to comply with the Administrative Procedure Act. The authority is acknowledged. All they have to do is cure the procedural failure on a do-over.
Truthfully, he should have taken a page from Obama’s playbook.
The day the first judge ruled against it, he should have immediately withdrawn it, wrote in whatever it was that caused the judge to rule against, and then issued it again, and started enforcing it as a NEW rule, not covered by the judge.

The voting public are tired of be beatin’ down and robbed of all our money.
Some have suggested on bad rulings in the past to simply ignore the court.
What if everyone ignored all court rulings they thought were "bad"?
Obamas illegal H4EAD Executive Order as well that allows 115,000 dot Indian spouse trash per year to steal all American jobs.
In fact, many Indian recruitment emails specifically target H4EADs for positions that H1B sponsorship is not available. A clear violation of EEOC laws.
I was at a store today and the Indian (with a dot) told me that was what he was doing. His wife was from another Caste in India and was to be treated as a slave. If she said anything, he would probably hurt her.
I will not go back to that store and there is nothing that I can do. Thanks, Obama.
I will even bet that he got tax breaks for opening his store to compete against American owners.

He could do it today with the stroke of a pen. An executive memo established DACA, an executive memo can end it. He just wants someone else to get the blame.
If the supreme court rules that all whites must off themselves in the next 24 hours, must all whites comply?
Good. Build the wall. Deport ALL illegals. No exceptions.
Why doesn’t he just ignore the order?
If the Landlord-Tenant Court says I must be evicted from my apartment for not paying rent for 6 months, and I think that violates my right to social justice, must I leave?
That's exactly what the Supreme Court said he couldn't do.
