If the supreme court rules that all whites must off themselves in the next 24 hours, must all whites comply?
Only if they identify as white. You see the SCROTUS boxed themselves in a corner. I may be white on the outside but I am filled with black on the inside and it is against the law to tell me I am wrong. I am also a gazillion sexual. No one can deny me my right.
I can be anything and everything I want and the SCROTUS says that it is okay AND I get free healthcare.
What if hey are bad, which this decision is? Someone needs to stop this judicial activism problem is Trump should have that first Judge that interfered in immigration with out any authority. Lawyer types here screamed that he had to obey the judge, he doesn't, maybe if the Supremes get involved he would be wise to listen but he doesn't have to.

Many judicial decisions are bad-- I know, I'm a lawyer and I see bad decisions often. But the problem is that everyone who loses a court case thinks the decision is "bad." If that were the criterion for ignoring a court decision, we would have anarchy.
Many liberals thought Bush v. Gore was "judicial activism." What if Bill Clinton had announced that that decision was wrong, and he was going to order that Al Gore be sworn in as the next President? We would have had a civil war.
Someone has to have the final say, and it's either going to be the President or the Supreme Court.
