If what you are saying is true, the judge should not have signed it.

There should be *no* immunity for any cop or judge involved with these despicable actions.
If they know in advance and have time to plan and get a warrant then the circumstances are not exigent.

One of the cops had an AD just as the door came down so then everyone opened up down the hallway. They immediately backed out and waited over an hour to get their stories straight and then “discover” the dead Marine in his house with an AR-15 laying next to him. He had 21 hits on his body. Safety was ON.
Police become adept at finding judges who will sign warrants.
Judges are merely people, with all the faults people have.
Chief Justice Roberts has done plenty he should not have as well.
Would love to hear your thoughts on the Harding Street raid in Houston & aftermath. I’ve heard everything from wrong address to made-up CI, but something is (or at least was at the time) definitely rotten in the Houston PD.
