Re #7: John Roberts adopted two Irish children, Jack and Josie, through Brazil, under circumstances that look shady enough (to a liberal) for them to be targeted, persecuted and deported should DACA cease to exist.
Do you think that might, just might have colored his decision?

Roberts swore in the ineligible Kenyan twice, both times, once public, once private.

I think I’ve posted this before, but I seem to remember that during his confirmation hearing that Roberts mentioned that he regarded Roe vs Wade as settled law. I was in the next room and recall being startled by it.
We shouldn’t depend on him to tell us to bring an umbrella when it’s pouring rain.
The man lacks courage, brains, and an ability to read simple English language.

I only disagree with one thing in your statement. The biggest mistake in the Bush Presidency was to utterly cave to the trifecta of socialism, globalism and crony capitalism. In a globalist wet-dream to fix the middle east by invading Iraq, GWB gave the leftists all they asked for and the deep state crony capitalists all they asked for. The swamp budget increased by trillions - the result of which is towering high rises around the DC beltway, mansions cluttering the MD and VA countryside, and a national conspiracy of colluding connected deepstaters who keep anything from getting done that does not enrich the deep state.
Roberts is perhaps the SC lynch-pin in the strategy.

Nice flash! But how do you know?
To: Kaslin
How can than that communist pig live with himself. The only reason this garbage jackass is doing this is he must have done something criminal and believe his communists clan will protect him.
To: AndyJackson
“fix the middle east by invading Iraq”
That was also a monstrous mistake. Especially since it played into the hands of the radical Muslim community - you know the same ones behind 9/11.
If he had the slightest brain and even a tiny set of testicles, he would have invaded Iran, which actually would have helped the middle east!
To: Kaslin
I wonder if Roberts is close with Dubya. That makes sense and explains a lot.

Agreed, but she wasn’t the only one. He had numerous people he listened to (Including his dear old Daddy) that were just totally wrong. He also tuned-out a lot of the people he should have been listening to. All in all, he was handed a tremendous opportunity to shine, and blew it totally.
To: Kaslin
From Souter to Roberts, the Bushes sure left a legacy, much more prominent than a stain on a blue dress or a plane bound for Tehran full of 100 hundred dollar bills on pallets.

Just say I don’t know what the supreme court is talking about there is no DACA. Trump should say it ended when he signed his executive order and it is not a law and so not reviewable by supreme court.
