President Trump, in the wake of Thursday's defeat at the Supreme Court in his efforts to repeal the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, called for new justices as conservatives took aim at Chief Justice John Roberts for what they called a pattern of siding with the liberal wing in key decisions.
The recent Supreme Court decisions, not only on DACA, Sanctuary Cities, Census, and others, tell you only one thing, we need NEW JUSTICES of the Supreme Court. If the Radical Left Democrats assume power, your Second Amendment, Right to Life, Secure Borders, and m Religious Liberty, among many other things, are OVER and GONE! he tweeted.
He went on to promise that he will release a new list of Conservative Supreme Court Justice nominees, which may include some, or many of those already on the list, by September 1, 2020.
Trumps call comes after the court ruled Thursday, in a 5-4 decision penned by Roberts, that his reversal of former President Barack Obamas executive order that shielded immigrants who came to the country illegally as children from deportation was in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), which sets out rulemaking procedures for federal agencies.

He’s asking Jared for a new list as we speak.
Roberts. Bush.
Better ones than Roberts (Bush’s fault) and Gorsuch (Trump’s fault).
Mr President , at your 2nd inauguration, do not have Roberts swear you in, have Thomas do it
Buzzy RBG and old breyer are toast next term
A very deep dive on Roberts has to be made. His decisions are illogical.
There’s not much Trump can do. He could ask for increasing
the size of the SCOTUS, but two can play that game.
The Democrats have wanted to for some time.
If he increases it by five, the Left could come in and
increase it by twenty.
BUMP
The DNC has some serious dirt on Roberts which they bring out for all the heavy duty cases. You know he will side with them if Roe vs. Wade is challenged.
That’s not why he sides with them.
A conservative cannot be blackmailed in that fashion, anyhow.
Roberts is not a conservative, he’s Harriet Myers in pants.
I have often wondered if Harriet would have been better than Roberts
“...His decisions are illogical....”
His decisions are EMOTIONAL. They are PERSONAL. Not based on case merit (the law).
never more emotional than when he wrote the FakeNewsMSM’s takeaway - John Roberts “called it arbitrary and capricious”.
wondered how he could come up with that, so did a quick search of Trump capricious and was amazed how it (or variations) were a major meme in so-called “progressive” publications for ages.

28 Feb 2020: WaPo: Judge voids nearly 1 million acres of oil and gas leases, saying Trump policy undercut public input
By Juliet Eilperin and Darryl Fears
A federal judge in Idaho has voided nearly 1 million acres of oil and gas leases on federal lands in the West, saying that a Trump administration policy that limited public input on those leases was ARBITRARY AND CAPRICIOUS.
The ruling Thursday by U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge Ronald E. Bush represented a win for environmentalists, who challenged the leasing policy as part of a broader effort to block drilling in habitat for the imperiled greater sage-grouse...

Federal immigration authorities cant make civil arrests at New York state courthouses or arrest anyone going there for a proceeding because a policy change was made in an ARBITRARY AND CAPRICIOUS manner, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.

WHAT INSPIRED ROBERTS TO USE SUCH A DESCRIPTION?
This issue was a topic of discussion tonight on FoxNews. It was pointed out that dem nominees are always Rock Solid Leftists. Reliably so.
But, that Republican nominees are 50/50. A crapshoot. This pattern mimics Republican politicians. In fact, it mimics Conservatives in general.
Conservatives NEVER agree wholly on anything. The bickering and disagreements among Conservatives is Legendary.
There is NO UNIFIED CONSERVATIVE FRONT. The republicans have absolutists within the party. The dems do as well but, when it comes to opposing us they forget their differences and they unify.
Now, there are exceptions. But, those exceptions always revolve around an election cycle where the dems allow certain dems to stray to fool the voters just long enough to keep their seats.
There is a UNIFIED LIBERAL FRONT. Leftists may disagree with each other over nuances but, as President Trump has noted time and time again when push comes to shove they all act in solid unison.
Republicans rarely ever do. There are always enough 100% republicans to negate the incremental republicans.
This is rare among the dems. It does happen but, it rarely happens.
With republicans it is not an exception. It is the norm.
Every time a tough decision arises; Roberts side with the insane left. What a rotten turd he is.

arbitrary and capricious is a standard legal phrase, used in administrative case law to disallow an administrative rule. it refers to a standard in administrative case law for this purpose.
