Curfew in area around Tulsa's BOK Center effective at 10 p.m. Thursday

Tulsa police announced a curfew for areas around the BOK Center ahead of President Donald Trump’s scheduled campaign rally.
In a Facebook post Thursday evening, police announced that an area of downtown will be off limits from 10 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Saturday ahead of the rally. The curfew will again take effect after the rally until 6 a.m. Sunday.
The curfew is the result of an executive order from Mayor G.T. Bynum, which cites both local and nationwide unrest in recent weeks as the rationale for the curfew.

And he is right. Antifa/BLM have to be stopped from creating mayhem and destruction. Curfew from 10 pm to 6 am Saturday will do it.

The Governor of Oklahoma was at the White House today. Everything is being done in conjunction with The Secret Service, The state government, the mayor and the local police.
Sounds prudent and sensible to me.

The Secret Service has certainly been in Tulsa from even before the rally was announced. They've been scoping the joint. I'd imagine that they acted on the intelligence gathered and demanded a curfew all night till 6 am of the morning of the rally.

I get the impression, Trump is steaming inside about the
unrest and the lack of response to it.
He’s a pretty calculating guy.
If ANTIFA and BLM want to poke the beast, I suspect they do
so at extreme risk.
If they go after Trump’s supporters, he’s going to mash them.

The mayor has also wimped out on attending the rally. Is he also not going to greet or meet Trump upon arrival. Is he a Never Trumper? If I were local resident, I’d be peeved at mayor dissing the president, any president. He is first term, likely a one and out term. Good riddance.
