I have never heard such a miscarriage of justice then listening to this babbling idiot attempt to justify his decision to charge the officers in this case. He is manipulating & misstating Atlanta Police policy in efforts to justify his abuse & prosecutorial misconduct

Mike Nifong and the Duke Lacrosse team.

Nifong was appointed to District Attorney to fill a vacancy. He was in a primary race for his office when the Duke Lacrosse rape case fell his way. Nifong used the case as a platform for his election.

It appears that Fulton County DA Paul Howard is doing the same thing. He came in second during the primary race for his office. He's nifonging the police officers to raise his profile in the upcoming runoff election for his office.
