I think I made it clear that a DUI on the road should go to jail. A drive thru isn’t classified as a road which I am certain you know.
how the hell did he get to the drive thru then. Hint he used a road therefore he gets a DUI.
Was his plan to stop at a drive thru then just go to sleep, hell no he wanted food , he passed out and then when he woke he would have used a road to get home again.

He asserted he was dropped off there at the Wendy’s. There is no information different from that.

He drove the frigging car to the drive thru , he is in the drivers seat when they ask him to get out. Wendys said the car was blocking their drive thru and a man had passed out
