This could get really interesting.
Last month the Cumberland County Sheriff went on record saying he would not enforce any action against business operating in defiance of Governor Wolf’s shutdown.
In Pennsylvania Sheriffs are officers of the court...so, if the court rules against the show, who is going to serve the “cease and desist” papers?
Someone explain why the state is suing the organizer? If there is a legal order that the show is violating can’t the five enforce it with troops errr police uh I mean community crime counselors?
Does anyone know of a government suing a private entity to stop a supposedly illegal action?
