Jose Felan, Jr., and his girlfriend Mena Yousif are persons of interest in the investigations of several St. Paul, MN business fires.

SAN ANTONIO — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is asking for help locating two persons of interest in the investigations of several St. Paul business fires during the recent unrest in Minnesota.
The ATF is offering two rewards of up to $5,000 each for information that leads to the apprehension of Jose Felan, Jr. and his girlfriend Mena Dyaha Yousif.
Video of Felan, Jr. went viral, leading the couple to go on the run from law enforcement. Members of the public helped identify Felan, Jr., and Yousif after the ATF issued an initial reward notice last week.
Felan, Jr. has multiple felony convictions including drug offenses, burglary, and aggravated assault.
ATF investigators believe that the couple is traveling south, along the Interstate 35 corridor and could be in the area.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Felan or Yousif is asked to contact the ATF by emailing ATFTips@atf.gov, by submitting information vide www.ReportIt.com or the Report It mobile app, or by calling 1-888-ATF-TIPS (1-888-283-8477).

IF I had a kid that did that, I wouldn’t hve time to go to his arraignment.
I would be much too busy packing up every single thing on my property that belonged to him & donating it all to a shelter or Goodwill.
EVERY lock would be changed.
Phone numbers would be changed.
Passwords would be changed.
Security cameras would be triplicate everywhere.
I would consider landmines at the perimeter of my property.
Perhaps motion sensor machine guns, if I could find them.
NO TRESPASSING sings in entire perimeter of property.
He would get NO support from me at any level.
Wills & life insurance policies would be changed to eliminate him in every facet of my life.

I don’t know how it got started, but it’s always been around. Its influence increased in the States with people like Susan B. Anthony and her associates: fans of Charles Fourier’s writings and his design for a communal society (naked, fornicating commies). In early America, Quaker women who strayed from their colony into other colonies were sometimes tied to “carttails,” whipped and told to never come back after promoting adultery and homosexuality in Protestant towns.
And on a little tangent here, speaking of Quakers and contemporary corporate issues, shouldn’t the color of that character on the Quaker Oats boxes be changed to reflect today’s corporate culture? Or maybe that character was a woman all along, eh?
