So I assume you believe you are the new leader of the 2nd wave idiot brigade. I hate to break it to you but the rioting/looting put the lie to your fear mongering. There has been no 2nd wave... absolutely nothing other than many rioters/looters worried that they might have been exposed during their wild unprotected ill-gotten gain and destruction. The actual rate of positive results has remained unchanged.
