Agreed. In fact, rather than having to have new laws created to give extra special rights to the LGBTQXYZ community, the SC just said there's no need. They are protected against discrimination just like everybody else. That's a good thing. It does not, however, protect the LGBTQXYZers from being fired for their acts.

Anti-discrimination laws are unconstitutional. It violates a citizen’s right to free association. Private businesses and clubs should be able to discriminate on any basis whatsoever. Only government must be banned from discrimination.
Black free market economists Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell are in total agreement. Anti-discrimination violate our freedoms and give government control over our lives and businesses. Discrimination has a price. If a business doesn’t want to hire someone because he is bald, then another business will be more than happy to have a bald, qualified employee.

The knee jerk reaction was when Gorsuch was nominated in the first place and tons of FReepers blindly praised the pick and hailed him as a “proven originalist” because Trump said he was.
