Had this been a white guu you’d have ABC having Mothers Against Drunk Driving on there applauding the officers actions because while drunk he was piloting a weapon of mass assault.
But no - today’s narrative is “cops bad”
But maybe if we had toned down the DUI laws the officers would’ve written him a ticket, impounded the car and given him a ride home instead.
That’s your trade off here - either you want “zero tolerance” for these things which inevitably lead to this or you accept the trade off of some DUI deaths so that every infraction leads back into jail.
