Little Rock? Oh dear, what do you think this city is?
It’s 45% black or more.
I haven’t watched much of Little Rock, but although my city has a substantial black population, media photographs of the “protests” here suggest that a large majority of blacks at such protests work for the city police department. These protesters, overwhelmingly disproportionately white liberals in such photographs, also tend to avoid black (and Hispanic) neighborhoods.
