“Repair of Japanese motorcycle require great peace of mind.”
(”Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance”)
I read that about the same time, too, when I’d bought a bicycle that had instructions which were equally incomprehensible.
I noticed that our local Walmarts were out of bicycles about a month ago. I didn’t realize that bicycles were being hoarded. I assumed that it was some sort of supply chain issue. Bikes shops were not shut down by the governor’s stay at home order here in Washington... I see now from articles that some here in Washington were having trouble maintaining inventory.
I assume now that bicycles were being hoarded because of he imaginations of those with apocalyptic fears that the economy would collapse and they would not be able to get gasoline for their cars. I have not noticed more bicyclists than normal on the streets, but that might just be because I have not been paying attention.
I used to dream about the Pinarello Dogma series. Ended up with a Super Six Evo full dura ace. Happy happy.
I have a Shimano allergy.
not a spec of Shimano except for one front derailleur
One Bike is all Campagnolo and the other is retro Suntour
