The scumbag could have easily pulled the service weapon and killed the cop. Then it would be no news. Wendys would keep serving burgers and life would still be good in the hood.

Absolutely they should, and that should include any security details for Democrat mayors and governors.
It must be understood that the rest of us will exercise our 2nd Amendment rights appropriately to defend our lives and property while America’s cops take some well-earned time off.

Cops have it saner and more logical in small towns in the south and the midwest. Big city cops should be looking at the prospects of getting hired in small towns.
