actually TWO cops tried to control him..he fought them both off
But I wonder what kind of holds or restraints have gotten banned over the years(ie choke holds) and what an officer is and isn’t allowed to use these days
it’s not like they could pin his neck down with a knee......
So what? Arrest him tomorrow.
