But I wonder what kind of holds or restraints have gotten banned over the years(ie choke holds) and what an officer is and isn’t allowed to use these days
it’s not like they could pin his neck down with a knee......
What is odd to me, is in the video you see him turn with something in his hand, and then there’s a flash. Not sure what that could be. Whatever is in his hand (assumed to be the tazer) is lit up somehow.
The cop draws and fires directly after the flash.
