“The sooner professional sports die the better.”

Grown men playing children’s games. If they continue to play then no flag, no song, and no police for security.

Sports and Hollywood. I haven’t watched a Super Bowl in close to 30 years and am proud to say I went to bed on some of those nights not knowing who won.

he athletes may think they are celebs but they are not except to the fools who pay high money to see grown men play with balls, so to speak. Outside the circus, sure they will always have their jock sniffers but hopefully that number dwindles.

Because people like to gamble, football will always be popular I am afraid. As Al Michaels said not too long ago to his analyst who said during a blowout that no one cares if the losing team scored a TD in the final minute: (paraphrasing) “A touchdown here, and the total amount of points will matter to those viewers still watching.”
