Blacks outside of the inner city reservations are just fine good people.
But the inner city culture, nourished and built by Democrats following Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty which destroyed their families, separated them from the Church and allowed the rise of gangs, have succeeded in making millions not only poorly educated, but often willfully ignorant. Those are the thugs being led by the white wealthy trust-fund communist babies of antifa.
There are blacks that have assimilated and are looking for the same “American Dream” everyone else wants - but they are just a small fraction of the total. As for “inner city”, my state of NJ has spent years now re-locating the welfarian population to suburbs because the bankrupt cities can’t provide free sh!t any more; like the Quartering Act of colonial times, they are just pushing the costs associated with them onto the homeowning taxpayers of those suburbs.
The inner cities didn’t collapse until their manufacturing did; that destroyed much of the evolving black middle class. Many blacks came north to work in cities, and when the work disappeared we see the result.
