I have the actual letter of certification written to the states. She does and did not certify Barack Obama as the nominee. That certification was made by the actual convention.
As I recall Pelosi’s letter said that as chairman of the convention she was notifying the states of the nomination by the convention
Her signature is on the DNC nominating form they sent to the states.
The one sent to Hawaii stated Obama was a natural born citizen.
That language was left off the forms sent to every other state.
Nancy knew she was lying, that’s why she only did it on the one state that required it, ironically Hawaii.
