Years ago when John Bolton was at the State Department he then had a sense of humor, did not consider himself the Oracle of Delphi, and had what most people considered more than his fair share of common sense. By the way, Trump is doing exactly what Bolton wanted and signed an order this week regarding the ICC [the International Criminal Court which Bolton hates] that targets any ICC official who attempts to go after an American and will prevent them from entering the country, etc..
