Have you noticed all the “happy cop shows” showing the efficiency & gosh darn fun of being a cop in NYC (Bluebloods) & in Chicago (Chicago PD)?

One wonders what the cops dread the most: the politicians or the street criminals.

Pays better than a lot of other professions, though. Only $42,500 to start, but over $85K after 5 1/2 years.
