The leader of the largest Protestant Christian denomination in the country shocked many when he urged his members to declare "black lives matter" and denounced using "all lives matter."
J.D. Greear, the president of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), made the comments during his annual address delivered on Facebook due to coronavirus orders limiting public gatherings.
"Southern Baptists, we need to say it clearly as a gospel issue: Black lives matter," Greear said. "Of course black lives matter. Our black brothers and sisters are made in the image of God. Black lives matter because Jesus died for them."

Twenty years ago, the Leftist Profession of Faith was the words, “I hate George W. Bush!”
For a Leftist, that was the Apostles’ Creed, or the Shahadah. It was required repetition.
Today, you are required to profess “Black Lives Matter” or be branded a heretic.
I suspected that Greear was an infiltrating wolf, but this confirms it. He is not to be trusted.
Hopefully, many will see through this and worship elsewhere.
Christians need to get out of this religious church organization.
I have no problem saying black lives matter, because they do.
I have a problem with being forced to support “Black Lives Matter”, which is a political organization I disagree with.
The media conflates these two things.
That is code for “we support the riots, Communism, and worship of Blacks”.
The Lord’s Holiness Matters ... all else is optional.
The Southern Baptists sure did change fast.
You can say that again.
The Left has taken over all of the Churches. They started this in the 50s, and they’ve finally won. This is the “Falling Away”.
There are a lot of wolves in sheeples clothing.
It’s really sad that saying “all lives matter” is twisted into something bad.

Organized religion has been infiltrated and over run by Progressives.
Black Lives Matter won’t make black lives matter.
I stopped affiliating with the SBC when they began to champion illegal immigrants several years ago.
