The governor and mayor will cry and whine for a while.

Then when that does not work, they may get on their knees and beg the occupiers to leave....

WE are Federalist system of government where the cities have MAYORS and the States have GOVERNORS.

Next city, the fed should hit within a few hours after they set up. They won’t expect it.

Which City will be next to be written off? New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angles.
