As was pointed out on another thread, an “honest conversation about race” is merely another way of saying, “white boy shut up and listen”.
There is no desire to have an “honest conversation about race”.
Anybody who uses the term racist term “White Privelege” has no clue how to solve the race problems in America.
I never liked the term “white privilege” ever, because it implies it’s inherent that I do better than blacks when it’s not inherent. The majority of it has to do with something that someone did. I can say that keeping my pants zipped shut to just about everyone but my wife has worked wonders, second part being very little substance abuse, except for weed and some stupid drunk incidents, which thankfully, didn’t result in anyone getting killed and I wised up about not getting drunk.
