Thing is, you can’t fix stupid and you can’t fix a city that doesn’t want to be fixed. Go look at the overwhelmingly D votes; the city hasn’t had a single Republican mayor or executive since 1973. *This is what the voters want!*
Minneapolis will have to completely burn before it can be fixed.
