The service will be held for Floyd at the Fountain of Praise Church at 11am local time, where family and friends will pay their final respects.
Floyd's body will then be carried home in a horse-drawn carriage and laid to rest next to his mother at the Houston Memorial Gardens in Pearland.

Don’t get me started........and how many died alone? We lost 4 dear friends between March and April......no goodbyes, no funerals no nothing.......grrrrrr

I had to do my dear aunt’s funeral via zoom.
I’m stuck in an airport bar and today’s funeral is on TV. One of the portraits of Floyd at the service has angel wings and a halo. I am not kidding.
Flags at half mast should ONLY be used for heads of State and MILITARY personnel, PERIOD.
Lower our flag for just about ANYTHING has CHEAPENED the honor reserved for our fighting forces.
