As far as I am concerned, any town or city being either a sanctuary city, a police free city, or a city demanding government money for things like this SHOULD be isolated with fences built around them.
Not only to keep the people in (particularly the ones making policy) who elect them, but to keep their bad elements from lawful society.
The Speaker has demanded to be heard. Dollars she has appropriated must be spent as appropriated. The President can not with hold the money.
So, sanctuary cities that have effectively seceded from the Union must be totally funded as appropriated
