I kinda remember he couldn’t breathe, but what do I know? The cop is going to be put away for a long time, even if you don’t like it.
Except... Everything George Floyd is gospel truth.
There are going to be a lot of disappointed people with egg on their faces when the real truth is told.
That video of a cop with his knee on a neck is probably the first and only one most have ever seen. Yet it's a normal way to detain an unruly person and is universally used everyday in this country.
For obvious reasons, they all complain about not being able to breathe. After awhile it's like the little boy that cried WOLF.
Maybe the cop was negligent for not checking him but there WAS a reason he was on the ground and being held down.
Also all the drugs in his system including the EXTREMELY dangerous fentanyl which is used in hospitals to induce comas.
This all 100% matters when you charge someone with f***ing murder, lady.
One can try all they want to justify murder, but that is no reason to put a knee hold on a neck and suffocate him. The attempt to do so indicates a massive lack of humanity.

Yes, this is a huge part of the problem. The white man has PANDERED to these people for so long, so many of them have no concept of what it is to stand up and be and act like regular American citizens...you know, get educated, get a job, build a career, have a family you can afford, etc, etc. That factor is missing in so many of their lives...it is much easier to be a drug merchant, a robber, car thief, etc.
Easier to be a bum and a victim and have others pay the bills....they tell the white man that their life is hard...well hard is doing life the right way, get educated, get a skill, work hard at a good job, and stay away from crime and poverty. THAT IS HARD!!!

I will agree with you if you call a cop and ask him to put his knee on your neck for 9 minutes. If you survive, then we can blame the fentanyl. If not, well the trial on the perp cop can proceed with your permission.

again I did not say having him on the ground with the knee on the neck was the problem. if someone goes limp and incontinent you do not wait 5 minutes to check on their condition. No matter how much profanity you use the cop was wrong and liable. Mr Floyd was no choir boy. He is not a sympathetic character. The cop was still criminally wrong
