Of these (one president and the others P & VP candidates), who was the BEST at FAKING being a Republican?
Sorry to disagree but the obvious answer is Bush. He was elected twice in a national election as a Republican President.
Ryan was only elected as a Congressman in one tiny district.

They can form their own milquetoast party.
Teddy R. had his Bull Moose.
The Bushes and their allies can be the Gelded Ponies.

But when Bush was elected, Ryan would've been considered too conservative to get elected President. But, I see your point. Bush did a great job at us, and for a long time.
McCain hid behind his 'war hero' shield most of his career but let his 'Republican' guard down as he fell into the abyss of senility. He died a Deep State RAT.
They're all a bunch of ACTORS, pretending to be Republicans. What a rotten life that must be, trying hard to make your constituents THINK you agree with them when in actuality you don't.
Now we have all-out MARXISTS pretending to be DEMOCRATS. Is there anyone running as a Democrat these days who's REALLY a Democrat? NOooooo!

None of these bush-league republicans has denounced the rioting, violence, and killing. They are awful and evil for not doing so.

Just Bush and Romney only?
What does John McCain say?

Sounds like they are planning a coup at the GOP Convention. With what?
If you feel the need to worry about something real, worry about 2024.

I’m convinced Powell was aware of the plot to frame Scooter Libby. He said nothing.

I believe we’ll be seriously asking ourselves in the next few years if a new party is an necessity.

The term you are looking for is @sshole.

Yes, instead of voting to re-elect Trump, let’s choose senility instead! Hooray!

My, how readily you jump to conclusions. A coup at the convention would be doomed to failure, and Trump would emerge stronger anyway.

Oh, I agree. That was my point. There’s no need to worry about the improbable when we have a real worry...2024.
