Sharyl Attkisson breaks down the difficulties prosecutors will face in this case, including:

- neck restraining, including to induce unconsciousness, is allowed under Minneapolis police dept. rules
- EMT was called before the neck restraint was applied
- Floyd died in transit to the hospital of cardiac arrest
- Prosecutors publicly admitted to rushing charges and not engaging in usual process of review before filing

She also reviews problems the defense will face, but doh on that.

FWIW: The mayor also refused to look at the body cameras before firing everybody.
