The full autopsy report on George Floyd, the man who died while being restrained by Minneapolis policeman Derek Chauvin, confirms that Floyd took a highly dangerous narcotic and methamphetamine sometime before he died and suffered with an enlarged heart and high blood pressure.
The report also says Floyd had the Chinese Virus COVID-19.
And although the Hennepin County, Minnesota, medical examiner concluded that the death was a homicide, the final autopsy confirms preliminary findings contained in the criminal complaint against Chauvin.
The final report does not mention asphyxia or strangulation and says Floyd did not sustain life-threatening injuries.
Key Findings The final autopsy report says Floyd, 47, died of cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression, as a release from Hennepins coroner reported a few days ago.
Floyd died on May 25 while Chauvin, 44, pinned him to the ground with a knee to the back of the neck for almost nine minutes, a few which passed after the 6-foot-7-inch Floyd stopped struggling. The criminal complaint against Chauvin says Floyd repeatedly resisted four officers who tried to arrest him for using a fake $20 bill at a store.
But more details in the final autopsy report suggest that Floyds underlying health likely contributed to his death.
Among Floyds natural diseases were severe coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, and hypertensive heart disease, the top cause of death from high blood pressure, the WebMD website says.
Floyd also suffered with cardiomegaly, an enlarged heart, and had a clinical history of hypertension.
Floyd also used dangerous drugs, the report says. The autopsy found fentanyl and methamphetamine in his bloodstream.
Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid pain reliever, the Centers for Disease Control says, that is 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine. Opioids are respiratory depressants.
Floyd complained that he couldnt breathe before Chauvin pinned him to the ground.
Beyond the findings of serious heart disease and opioid use are those directly related to his fatal encounter with Chauvin.
Floyd suffered multiple blunt force wounds, but no life-threatening injuries [were] identified, the report says.
A. No facial, oral mucosal, or conjunctival petechiae B. No injuries of anterior muscles of neck or laryngeal structures C. No scalp soft tissue, skull, or brain injuries D. No chest wall soft tissue injuries, rib fractures (other than a single rib fracture from CPR), vertebral column injuries, or visceral injuries E. Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks negative for occult trauma
The absence of petechiae small red or purple spots in the eyes or skin from bleeding capillaries is significant because they occur in upwards of 85 percent of strangulation or traumatic asphyxia deaths; i.e., increased pressure on the neck of the kind that Chauvin applied to Floyd.
A nasal swab taken the day after Floyd died divulged the Chinese Virus infection.
Ellison Upgrades Charges, Other Officers in Jail Celebrity pathologist Michael Baden, working for the Floyd family with a pathologist from the University of Michigan, concluded differently and said Floyd died of asphyxia due to compression of the neck.
That aside, the question is whether the men can get a fair trial given the circumstances and determination of state officials to see them convicted.
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, a hard-left Islamic radical and Antifa sympathizer who says the communist terror group is not behind the deranged violence in Minneapolis, took over the prosecution of Chauvin, then added a second-degree murder charge to the original charges of third-degree murder and manslaughter.
Ellison also charged the other offices at the scene, Tou Thao, Thomas K. Lane, and J. Alexander Kueng, with aiding and abetting second-degree murder while committing a felony, and with aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter with culpable negligence.
Ellisons elevation to a position where he can prosecute others for crimes of violence is something of a strange turn.
In 2018, his former concubines son took to Facebook to accuse Ellison of domestic violence:
In the middle of 2017, I was using my mom's computer trying to download something and I clicked on a file, I found over 100 text and twitters messages and video almost 2 min long that showed Keith Ellison dragging my mama off the bed by her feet, screaming and calling her a f***ing bitch and telling her to get the f*** out of his house.
Neither law enforcement nor Democratic Party officials did anything about it.
Yes, a link, if you have one.
“He called it murder and said that as a former patrol officer he was shocked none of the other cops intervened to stop the beating to death of a handcuffed and unconscious prisoner.”
There was no “beating to death.” Are you sure your former patrol officer said he saw them beat him to death?
If the guy didn’t die, I’d say this entire thing was a setup for just that purpose.
they don’t want to talk about it.
But here’s the video.
Keep watching, tho. For what looks like a deal going down just before the cops get there.
Stupid cops didn’t check the area Floyd was sitting and looks like he was leaning to the right to block the cop’s view as the cop was leaning down to talk to him.
They also didn’t check ‘friend’s’ knapsack that friend seemed nervous about. Or the ground outside his car.
better grab this before it disappears:

The handcuffed citizen was assaulted for near three minutes on video after becoming unresponsive. At some point he died. That’s a beating to death in my book. Support and dissemble on behalf of these dirty cops if you wish. I won’t be.
It also indicates that despite horrible optics, Chauvin seems to have applied the MOD approved restraint correctly.

Your opinion may be the second of two findings a jury may be asked to reach.
A threshold question will be whether in this instance the force of the lawful use of the knee could cause death. The first coroner's finding was that there is no evidence of that. Secondly, the only facts we seem to have in that regard is that Floyd was alive and breathing while being transported from the scene.
As I suggested above, Floyd may have been on the road to death when he first stated he couldn't breath, which was then accelerated by his hissy fit. The stage may have been set even if he was simply sitting on the curb unrestrained.
One of the "excessive force" tests is whether the force appeared to include a force for punishment for bad behavior, or was a necessary means to establish control and ensure the safety of the officers. One of the questions then will be whether it could reasonably be believed that removing the knee would enable Floyd to resume a vigorous physical resistance requiring again the control of four LEO's.
Here, it is significant that no one knew for sure whether he was passed out, and since he did not die at the scene it may be someone confirmed he did have a pulse.
After that, it is speculation, but you can have the last word.

Elsewhere on FR an article about the autopsy contains this statement: Floyd suffered multiple blunt force wounds, but no life-threatening injuries [were] identified, the report says.
The cops worked him over for 9 minutes while handcuffed. Then he died. That’s murder. Case closed. Nothing is to be gained supporting these dirty cops. There are going to hang and rightly so.
“There are going to hang and rightly so.”
Sentence first!
Then the trial.
“The report also says Floyd had the Chinese Virus COVID-19.”
Where is the report for this.
Here it is.
“But more details in the final autopsy report suggest that Floyds underlying health likely contributed to his death.”

Undoubtedly. And so did the near 3 minute long beat down he took while handcuffed and unconscious.
Sentence first!
Then the trial.
How much due process did the cops give the dead citizen? Not much, apparently. Interestingly, those dissembling most in support of the dirty cops have little interest in that fact.
“Concubine?”
I just wanted to know where the finial autopsy that said George had covid-19 as stated in the article. Maybe you should read it. The quote was the hyperlink to that report in the article. No doubt George was in trouble before the cops arrived if you read the 911 call text from the shop owner. The report said there was no injury that caused death
Wow if you were upset with the looting recently, just wait until the jury doesn’t convict any of the police. If I were a business owner in either a black minority neighborhood or in an upscale shopping spot in an ultra liberal city, I would sell my business or liquidate the assets and get out before the trial starts.
Yep - and my thoughts are that such reports will screw with Ellison as he tries to ramp up charges that don’t fit the crime.
