Two other Santa Cruz County Sheriff's deputies were wounded
Gutzwiller leaves behind a small child and his pregnant wife
A 911 caller claimed they saw guns and bomb making materials inside a van
Gutzwiller and another deputy responded and saw the van driving away
After following the van to a home, they got out of their patrol car
That's when they were ambushed with gunfire and explosives, authorities said

In military cases I don’t think it’s 20 years.IIRC there are only two or three levels of courts...courts specially set up to hear only UCMJ cases.IIRC SCOTUS can get involved in military cases...but seldom does.

The plan has been for a while to have McVeigh’s and a growing treasonous scum military. I bet a good proportion of active and vets are very loyal to leftism. I do know they are not only little sh*t ranks but very upper echelon.
Then we will be okay. If fifty percent of the military is fighting the other fifty percent then there would be no resources left to endanger civilians.
I seem to recall that there was a National Guard unit which made clear that they would not confiscate weapons during Katrina.
On another topic, I don't understand the use of the word "ambush". An ambush is happening when you don't expect to be attacked. If you are following a van which has been reported to contain guns and explosives, then you should not be surprised to be attacked.

I’ve seen the pictures of the murderers, and I know some, or most of them touched the doorway that they had to crouch down to get through. The one cut his hand and probably left DNA on the glass or doorway. I’m betting most their fingerprints are already in the system, and they probably have records. They didn’t just become criminals. They’ve been at it for a while. I’m just hoping that silence from the police department means that they’ve already picked up one or two and are squeezing them for info. Whichever of them didn’t murder Captain Dorn...two of them had weapons, then they won’t be willing to go down for murder, but they should be charged as accomplices to murder, among other charges.

I didn’t think anyone took the comment about getting an Article 15 seriously.
When I would go on ACDUTRA it was surprising to me that there were leftists on active duty. So count on it that there are many on active duty now, and they are not on the side of conservatives. I hope that there are enough good military people to quickly (peacefully) neutralize them if civil conflict does become a reality.
