In my family my cousines moved from CA to TX because of high crime and cost of living. However they never stopped voting for Rats
My wife and I did just that more than 10 years ago. Quit our jobs. Sold our home. Packed up the kids and moved to the Gulf Coast. It was a bit difficult leaving all our family and friends behind but, we’ve not regretted the move for a minute.
We are moving to the Tampa area after I sell my remaining condo in Broward.
FL sounds great.
TX is full....we took in a LOT of CAs, over the past few years...w/CA companies relocating here.
