That old dude was ABSOLUTELY being confrontational. He touched two officers with his phone as he stood in their line of march.

How is the old dude doing? I assume well or we’d be hearing about it.

At my age, I don’t poke bears any longer. Wisdom enough to know them night sticks hurt. So do sidewalks.

It was obvious in the video the he touched the cops which is a huge no no and I believe a felony (not sure about that and it may depend on the State)

Yep.....and he was forewarned as well...when a cop tells you to get out of the way you do it! He was defiantly interfering in their line of duty.......

Just possibly he was trying to turn in the police helmet he was holding in the other hand. Guess we’ll find out if the concussion didn’t give him amnesia.

That's cause to shove him away, causing him to fall and possibly suffering brain damage?

He touched two officers with his phone as he stood in their line of march.

Depending on several factors, including clothing, some people generate static electricity which causes mild shock when discharged through such things as a cell phone touching metal. Although the shock doesn't really hurt, it causes a reaction such as shoving. The old fella looked like a basketball player inducing a foul and taking a flop. He looked quite relaxed laying on the ground with his legs crossed and arms perfectly positioned. He never lost control of his phone and the knee pads visible under his pants was also a good touch.

I saw that too. After being forced backward, the man DID trip after a few steps and fell backward.
