Not saying I like it. But what they are leaving out is that a 6’5 white man defied numerous orders to walk away. ANd he did not. He did not look like a 75 year old man. I would have just hand cuffed him. But the push was not intended to harm him.

I think the cops were in the wrong here. But I certainly agree with you. No harm was intended.
By the way, a nightstick held horizontally can be used - with gentle pressure - to move someone out of the way. I wonder why that wasn’t done.
Agreed. The man was barely pushed, but he lost his balance.
The officer who pushed him looks upset when he sees what happened.
