True this website is very depressing all it does is post Twitter feed from the left and reports from CNN/NYT/ etc.. its nonstop barrage of hate and despair. It’s what’s happening but sometimes it would be nice to get some good news.

Man, ain't that the truth! Makes you want to jump off a bridge without a mask!

Recall, same group gave zero one for thinking about doing stuff.

One potential reason the economists were off is that a lot of them work for far-left investment banks on Wall Street and are members of the far left themselves.

But fundamentally, they probably screwed up partly because the coronavirus and business shutdowns are Black Swans and there are no easy comparisons to use to predict how an economy will react to these circumstances.

The other matter to consider is the many regulatory burdens that President Trump has removed in recent years and months. Those vanished regulations might make it easier for businesses to open up and rehire workers.

It’s like trying to stand up with fewer weights to hold you down.

That’s a lie.

All these states shut down through and now beginning to open up might reduce the percentage a little bit, but we are at 25% or more now.

What percentage is 42 million , that were able to get unemployment, of the total workforce?

Was there even a recession? Isn’t that two consecutive quarters of declining growth? We haven’t had two quarters since mid-March yet. . .

TX makes it worse

STUPID
I-45 project will shorten commutes, but may force many to find new homes (links)
TxDOT’s $7 billion project to widen I-45 can potentially relocate more than 1,000 homes and 340 businesses.

The project will rebuild I-45 from downtown Houston north to Beltway 8, and change how it connects with other downtown freeways. That means rebuilding — by removing — pieces of Fifth Ward, the Northside, Acres Homes and Aldine.

The latest estimates show the rebuild would impact 158 houses, 433 apartments or condos, 486 public housing units, 340 businesses, five churches and two schools.

Many companies had dead weight employees they couldn’t fire without being sued until the virus gifted these companies the excuse to unload the lazy people.silver lining.

How would the economy have saved George Floyd?

Good grief

Seriously I would deny people access with questions like that that is just unbelievably stupid and biased

Also the arrogant bitch that kept repeating black unemployment went up just slightly

well she doesn’t even know what the unemployment rate means. people that are out actually looking for work, bitch. of course people are going to still be unemployed they’re not gonna get hired right away takes time plus probably many of those people maybe had criminal records and had to reject them or do more background checks

Whatever tries to pass for the news media today is purely Bias and ignorance. disgusting but a right on description

I’d like a pie in the face To these arrogant know nothing idiots
