As a bastard Rockefeller, Barry is a golden child of the DSG dictators and they don't give a flying rip what the US Constitution or any legal case law might say about natural born citizenship (NBC). They consider that Barry, as a successfully-groomed ex-Preezy, is much higher on any "eligibility" list than any mere patriot slave that might have NBC credentials.
