Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump
Probably the only thing Barack Obama & I have in common is that we both had the honor of firing Jim Mattis, the worlds most overrated General. I asked for his letter of resignation, & felt great about it. His nickname was Chaos, which I didnt like, & changed to Mad Dog...
...His primary strength was not military, but rather personal public relations. I gave him a new life, things to do, and battles to win, but he seldom brought home the bacon. I didnt like his leadership style or much else about him, and many others agree. Glad he is gone!

I’m guessing the Sec Def is about to hear “Your Fired”.
Actually its the Military that is supposed to keep their piehole shut, opinions to themselves and follow orders with a “yes sir”, not the CIC. Trump is correct and Mad dog 2020 is wrong.
Now, with the clock ticking down, he needs to finish filling all those empty federal judge positions...
He has the wall under control... He does not have the federal bench under control... By "control" I mean populated with people who love America and it's "original" Constitution...
Mr President:
Get it done! Your enemy is self-distracted with the chicom-virus sneak attack and the communist-controlled riots...
Trump being completely new to DC THOUGHT he could trust the military generals he THOUGHT they would be loyal to their commander in Chief!! He had NO IDEA just how deep state and back stabbing they were!! I dont blame him military leaders are supposed to be loyal to their commander in Chief!!!
The transition team wields a lot of influence in an incoming administration. Trump couldn’t possibly know everything about these people. He’d almost have to be God. However, it didn’t take long for Pres. Trump to realize he’d made a mistake.
Peaceful protest yes but this “let them riot, loot, burn, kill” make no sense...
Would the good general stand by and let them loot and burn his home?..I dont think so..
so the good general is not willing to do his duty to others that he would deem he has a right to do for himself?
You CAN NOT say the other cops arresting Floyd should of stop that one cop of killing an innocent man Floyd ...
And in the same breath say you should let a mob kill other innocent people now
General YOU are standing by an letting Innocent people’s (including innocent black men) be kill...
how are you any different then the cops that stood by as Florid died?..
thoese cops had it in thier power stop murder and General..you have it in your power to stop murder...
your no diffrent the cowardly cops you want to condemn and you’re doing it for the same reason
you’re a coward unwilling to take the heat of standing up for what’s right in the moment
..you are sticking a finger in the wind unwilling to take the heat of going against the group opinion..
Just like the chicken shit cops that stood by as Florid died
Lawful controlled protest ...like lawful controlled arrests are perfectly acceptable
uncontrolled violence masquerading as protest or masquerading as an arrest by Law enforcement is unacceptable
What a pussy you are general..your job like the cops job.. Is to protect the peaceful and to protect the innocent from violence...
You are derelict in your duty as much as the cops that arrested Floyd were derelict in theirs
Business-like and appropriately harsh. Nicely said, Mr. Pres.
So the question is is general Mattis gay? Ive been wondering. Henever married but are there stories of romances?
Mattis was all bark and no bite. Trump gave him an order to get rid of drag queens and he refused. Theyre still on active duty. Mattis likes to do a lot of tough talking but hes an Obama liberal.
I havent heard of any. Probably simplest explanation is that he is a lifelong Leftist and just believes that crap.
Dont know which is worse.
Trust Sessions!
On Mattis, read it, agreed with all of it. Mattis got replaced by both Obama and Trump for wanting to go to war with Iran (and undermining other policies), and would not shut up about it. In the U.S. military, this is how generals lose their jobs.
You know Obozo and Valerie Jarrett were never going to war with Iran.
You are correct. At this point being ignored by Trump would be more of a dig than a tweet.
Its so hard to believe that where he came from he would be a committed leftist but I guess he is. Its become quite obvious.
He was born right where I was born, he was in the same college I was at the same time and his father worked at the Richland WA munitions place. That area is almost completely conservative. Or at least it used to be maybe the government employees in Richland have taken over the politics but I dont think so. Maybe he got it from General Kelly.
I clearly recall this guy quitting and coming out critical about Trump leaving Syria...Hmmmm kinda funny that after we pulled out, took over the oil, sure has been quiet there.
All this uproar about leaving the Kurds, etc....never played out...
Yet, this guy Mattis was again wrong.
Let’s face it, Folks...people like Mattis have had us in war after war after war.
I simply don't understand...Leftist values are antithetical to conservative values, and almost all the military people I know or have known are conservative, or at least more conservative.
I have had some people tell me it is more common in the military to see them now, and I suppose after seeing this crap (which made me see RED) I can believe it:
When I saw this, my blood pressure literally (not figuratively) spiked. I am all for people believing what they want within the law in civilian life, but this scumbag was in the military, and what made me angrier, was people above him in the chain of command knew about him, but still let him get out into an assignment where he was in charge of men.
Fortunately, somehow it finally came around and that suckbag turd was given a less than honorable discharge, but the fact it even got that far made me realize I might not be in Kansas anymore.
“In bourgeois terms, it was a war between the Allies and Germany. In Bolshevik terms, it was a war between the Allied and German upper classes - and which of them won was of total indifference. My task was to organize defeat, so as to hasten the onset of revolution. I enlisted under the name of Petrov. The party looked to the peasant conscript soldiers - many of whom were wearing their first real pair of boots. When the boots had worn out, they’d be ready to listen. When the time came, I was able to take three whole battalions out of the front lines with me - the best day’s work I ever did. But for now, there was nothing to be done. There were too many volunteers. Most of it was mere hysteria.”

Don’t think the same thing isn’t happening today
