It is by far one of the funniest videos to come out of this. It’s hard to tell but it looks like A minor flesh wound that might have a need some stitches and wasn’t even bleeding. You have one idiot putting a tourniquet on and another idiot putting out a giant Band-Aid and neither of the idiots involved are wearing gloves around someone else’s blood.
