White cop in state with AG Ellison. He will not be getting a fair trial, and it will not be a case of preponderance of evidence. It will be a guaranteed verdict. You can bet your prayer rug on it.
It is just a new form of lynch mob. Been around for a long time.
As a counterpoint to that, if any of us ‘civilians’ did what these officers did, we would be in jail and facing charges the same day, with the authorities saying that they would “let the jury sort it out.” I don’t see why anyone, cop or not, should be treated any differently.
