Singers John Legend and Lizzo, and actresses Natalie Portman and Taraji P. Henson are among the Hollywood celebrities who’ve signed a letter pushing the defunding all police departments in the wake of the police involved death of Minneapolis man George Floyd.
The open letter claims that in 2017, $194 billion was spent on the police by America’s various governments even as police have “continued profiling, harassment, terror and killing of Black communities.”

The letter — which was also singed by Common, Jane Fonda, America Ferrera, Brie Larson, ACLU executive director Anthony Romero — goes on to insist that the money spent on police would be better spent on “building healthy communities,” or to go “to the health of our elders and children, to neighborhood infrastructure, to education, to childcare, to support a vibrant Black future.”

It is so easy for these rich or Hollywood liberal hypocrites to shun police protection from their insulated bubbles of safety that nobody else enjoys. Living behind stout gates, riding chartered plans or in bullet proof limousines.
Maybe they should spend some time in downtown L.A. during the looting and then tell me there should be no police. Don’t forget to wear that $10,000 Rolex and lots of very expensive jewelry. See how far you make it down the street without getting robbed and beaten.

If the Police hadn't blocked off the Streets leading into the rich areas of Beverly Hills last week we might have seen just how effective the security is for these vial POS “ACTORS”. I suspect knowing what vial POS these people are security would get out of Dodge and let them fend for themselves. Being the righteous people they are I'm sure they wouldn't call the Cops to come save their vial POS asses.

The “security” in their gated enclaves are nothing more than Paul Blart Mall Cop types who ride around “patrolling” in their zero emissions vehicles, and hit the panic button if a real threat pops up.
I would really enjoy seeing the police and NG funnel the rioters, looters, and arsonists into the Hollywood Hills and let them rampage there for 3 or 4 days. See how these limo riding liberals feel when their mansions are looted and burned to the ground, and maybe some of the same ever liberal spewing libs eliminated altogether.
