Evangelical leader Rev. Franklin Graham thanked President Donald Trump Tuesday for his walk through Lafayette Park to St. John’s Episcopal Church Monday night amid the violent riots in Washington, DC.

“Thank you President Trump,” Graham posted to Facebook. “God and His Word are the only hope for our nation.”

Upon reaching St. John’s Church, along with Attorney General William Barr, Defense Secretary Mark Esper, and Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, the president held up a Bible.

I am betting, there are many out there that pay attention, that are thanking Trump for his visit to St. Johns....the silent majority is still there, in spite of the silence.

Call it what you wish to call it, but I see Trump signaling our enemies domestic and foreign in that photo.

Indeed. He walks the walk. Remarkable man and family. If only we had more like them.

Trump is really quite an amazing guy.

His humanity is clear to see. I don’t think he’s a super
religious person, but when the chips are down, he
demonstrates faith.

His walk to the church waa a great demonstration of what
we all should be doing. Whether at the church or not, we
need a closer relationship with God.

These are trying times. It’s easy to get discouraged and
fear for the future. When you have God in your life, you
know that your future is assured.

People have been pent up. Social contact has been at a
minimum. So Trump going to the church wasn’t just about
riots. I think it was to remind folks that a good
relationship with God, can help settle you, get you back
on track.

I really like Trump.

Boy does he anoy the heck out of the Left.

Imagine, he went to a church. How dare he? LOL

Thank you! Reverend!

As to the other DC “stewards”, it MUST BE the water
consumed in the city — certainly NOT ‘Holy Water’.
