Well Mr. Wiskers, you appear to have the advantage of me, in that I have not seen this “9 minute video” you cite,and have not seen the “charging document”. The video I viewed on Youtube was slightly shorter, and appeared to me to be as described. If your presentation is correct, the cop is apparently dead to rights.
