Appaently he forgot to mention IQ.
Bill Clinton had a HUGE I.Q. but he was a piece of sludge. There IS more needed, I believe, than IQ--that ole "content of character." Clinton's content of character went into NEGATIVE numbers.
THANK THE LORD that his wife didn't become POTUS.
