I was wondering how the Insurrection Act and the Posse Comitatus Act could play together. Apparently, they can, by act of Congress, and Congress (I think) allows suppression of insurrections by federal troops under the proper conditions.

AFAIK, you can use the military if the situation is proving to be too much for just the state level to handle it. There’s no point in using the military to carpet bomb a criminal in a farmhouse, nationwide chaos sounds very different though,

I have not heard anyone mention Homeland Security which has
all kinds of armored vehicles. By its title one would think they would be able to be called it with the national
guard.

This should have been seen as coming, we had a president
Obama who allowed occupy wall street, Antifa, and Black lives matter to have violent protests. Many conservatives
could not go to college campuses and make speeches. Trump
supporters where assaulted outside Trump rallies.

And Marco Rubio smears the right by lying that we are taking part in these criminal activities. Who is he serving? Why would he mention us in the same breath as leftist anarchists?
